What is the difference between the Excalibur dehydrator economy and digital models?

Controls:
The economy model has knobs and dials to set the timer and to adjust the temperature.
The Digital model has a digital control panel with a touch pad to set the timer and to adjust the temperature

Timer:
The economy has a 26 hour-built-in-timer and the digital has a 48 hour-built-in-timer

Features:
The digital has an extra feature of 2 time/2 temperature zones. What that means is that you can set it to start at one temperature for x amount of hours and then automatically change to another temperature for the following x amount of hours.

Voltage:
All models sold on www.naturalwise.co.za are 220 Volts for South African usage.

Size:
They are both the same size with the same drying area.

This applies to the 5 tray and 9 tray models.
