The Spyragyra  spiralizer is a great kitchen gadget for sprucing up salads and enhancing vegetarian and raw food dishes.

This horizontal spiral slicer packs away nicely when not in use and the interchangeable blades store neatly in a little box supplied with the unit. Suction feet prevent the spirali  from slipping when winding the handle.
