These sheets make the world of difference!! I don’t have to use oil anymore (other dehydrator trays and sheets used to have half my raw pizza / patties etc. cling to them), they are super easy to clean AND reusable!!
Oh and a little tip (this might be hilarious) – if your kitchen walls have tiles, just plop the sheets onto the wall after cleaning – they literally stick to the wall and dry easily, then peel them off when they are dry 🙂
