Materials recommended to be run with the grain mill
Any grains such aswheat, rye, barley,rice, coffee beans, peppercorns, mung beans, dried miller, cracked soybean, Quinoa, dried white navy beans, buckwheat, dried corn kernel, kamut and spelt. Note that kamut and spelt may only be run in small amounts or until the unit becomes warm)
Materials not recommended
Nut meats, dried beans, garbanzo beans (chickpeas), dried herbs, sesame seeds, popcorn, amaranth, lima beans or other types of seeds with soft centres. Running materials containing soft centres will gum up the grinding blades and cause the unit to overheat.
