A member of the grass family, wheat is the second most important cereal grass in the world.

Wheat Sprouts:

When sprouted in darkness for two or three days, wheat sprouts are tender and sweet, with a taste similar to watermelon.

Wheat Grass:

When allowed to grow for seven days, wheat reaches the grass stage, when it can be juiced for a nutritious drink.

Wheat sprout benefits:

• Contain plenty of Vitamin E and Super oxide dismutase, both of which are important antioxidants, which protect us from free radicals. 
• beneficial to our reproductive system.
• Provide oxygen to the body giving it tone and endurance.

Please Note: Eat wheat sprouts as soon as you see the small white root coming out, one coffee spoon each day to start with and gradually increasing the quantity. Remember to chew them very well.
