About Delivery

The delivery/shipping charge is per order, not per item. Ie you pay R45 no matter how many items you buy. Feel free to add as many items as you like!
Generally we use courier services to deliver parcels to your door at the shipping address given on your order. This address can be at your home or office. You will receive emails with further courier/waybill details so that you can track your parcel.
If your order is very small, we will usually send it via the SA Post office, using parcel services with a tracking number, for collection at the counter. If your address is in a main centre, we will often still courier the order to your door.
For some big items like the Wormeries, there might be extra delivery charges. In this case it will be noted on the product page and we will always email or phone you with a quote for your approval before sending.
We dispatch from South Africa and provided we have stock, your order will be dispatched within 1 – 3 days. We try to process orders as quickly as possible. Where there are delays, we will email you and keep you updated.
Shipping to other countries is done on a quote basis. Please email us if you would like a quote.
